From Arhata : Precious Moments

Precious Moments

Dec 6, 2009

It.s all up to you! No one else can give you what you hold the key to as an opportunity that no other living animal has ... The gift of having the choice of growing spiritually. Any animal can grow physically. Growing in intellect has been replaced by computers for the most part. Now is the time that the heart and being rise to heights beyond mediocrity. Only man can walk with the .pinnacles of histories conscious ones. - no other animal has the choice and, the divine opportunity.

Growing old has little to do with the precious gift of fitting into the .suit. of spiritual consciousness. Traveling the world over infinite times with every experience imaginable as well as success beyond any expectation or, being the best mother, father, husband or wife, has NOTHING to do with the traveling within to find the riches that is each

humans birth has the potential of. Mocking the spiritual is to turn ones back on the treasures of life awaiting discovery. Being obnoxious to the love with in with whatever habits one manages to use in avoidance, is to place one in the category of any animal, while ignoring the blessings

that humans are endowed with to go beyond.

Wasting life chasing dreams that ignore the journey within is like a gold prospector digging for years to find a treasure that will ultimately prove valueless...if, he even finds it, to see the splendors that life silently

awaits those in the heart. Wasting each moment in lieu of chasing anything else while ignoring the gifs within is to have experienced life as any animal would, only with amusements. Amusing the self at the expense of this one opportunity is to ignore seeing and living .godliness.. .

Paradise potions. can.t be bought! It.s a .trick or treat world.! The treats are both out there and, inside but, the tricks are in the treats of the outer if not seen first within. It.s .wakeup. time, the lights of the world are on as never before for all to see the truths. It is essential at this precious moment to let go of what isn.t .really essential. to living and, walk every moment in an accelerated awareness to see the layers of the flowering bliss that unveils itself. This IS the moment those in the past have dreamed about!

Monkeys to

Humanoids

November 14, 2009

Humanity has not happened yet! This morning on the news was a piece on the 'mischief' of monkeys in the cities of India where gangs of them roam the streets jumping on cars, fruit stands and, anything appealing – in other words, paying little attention to 'conscious decisions' that are sensitive to others. Humans, for the most part, do they same thing only not so 'blatant'.

Humans still are just above the 'monkey' and, having not that long ago, been presented with 'technology' that allows them unprecedented freedoms often used for 'monkeying

around'. We live in a time of 'primitive consciousness' where society is still, in regards to consciousness, very unevolved. The monkeys gather their 'stashes' of food, people spend most of their lives in pursuit of 'stuff' that masks their 'love of self' and, pursuit of

a 'heaven on earth'.

What can be more exciting than making this revolving

graveyard of trillions of dead who came before, into a 'paradise

among planets'? Societies as they are must disappear be it

Sweden, Italy, Germany, India, Japan or, the Christians and

Muslims - on and on. These 'separators' are more and more

meaningless. What has resulted other than ethnic food and

thousands of wars as well as incestuous breeding except

during war when soldiers from foreign lands impregnate the

locals? Tear down the 'walls of non communication'!

The politicians and religious leaders have used this ignorance

to perpetuate endless conflicts that keep humans on a treadmill

of lower mind and heart, going no where. The 'hocus pocus'

leaders somewhere in time got their hands on the .buttons. and,

keep passing on the 'vile privilege' from incestuous family to

family. We must see beyond the blinders. Open minded and loving people with awareness in consciousness will evolve into a

humanity resembling 'godliness' instead of 'apes, monkeys and baboons'.

The 'animal' must disappear for humanity to blossom beyond the 'idiot and moron' state into 'humans'. The vast majority are still 'idiots' needing to move to the transition stage of 'moron' or "more on' where all 'sensitive attributes' are learned before becoming HUMAN!

Shri Gangadharan :Part One

Now, from a month or two I have been thinking deeply of another very great personality of the Ashram. He remains so to say an unsung hero, but a true child of Mother and Sri Aurobindo.

It appears one day, suddenly it was Sri Aurobindo who said:

Sri Aurobindo - Where is Gangadharan ?
Nobody seemed to know.

Sri Aurobindo - All of you are centred around your own selves, and you don't care about him because he is a simple man, but Gangadharan is constantly in our consciousness. He is a great soul. He is lying ill in his room, somebody kindly go and attend him.

Immediately, Arvamedu Iyengar @ Amrita-da went to his room. He found Gangadharan- ji was lying on the floor. He was unable to get up even. From several days he had not had even his food. But it did not in the least matter to Gangadharan- ji. He was simply calling the name of the Mother and thats about it !

Sri Gangadharan- ji was a fisherman and a local Tamil boy born on 24th of July,1913 in a small coastal
village of Veerampattinam, south of Ariankuppam, some 6km. south of Pondicherry. I have posted two photos of Veerampattinam beach now and several others in Orkut, both of Ariankuppam river and Veerampattinam .

Now in the 1930's Mother used to go out for long drives. Some of you may have even read in bulletin the story of a temple that she had visited at Veerampattinam on one of those outings. However, after the visit as she was returning a young man was strangely fascinated by Her and he ran behind the Mother's car all the way to the Ashram at
Pondicherry. Naturally, he was not allowed in the Ashram premises. He went on insisting that he wanted to see the Mother and said he wanted to stay here in the Ashram. The parents of the lad came from Veerampattinam, and tried a lot and cried too. But the lad was steadfast in his resolve. Finally Mother advised the parents that, -
' Since the boy wants to stay here so much, I think it is best he stays here.'

So on 24th of July, 1933, exactly at the age of 20, on his birthday, Sri Gangadharan- ji joined the Ashram.

He was given the work of supervising the cleaning of all the W.C.s of the houses of Ashram in the Sanitary Department, which he did till the in 1987. He was called by everybody as brother Gangadharan, because he was always smiling and was a true brother to everybody from his heart.

He stayed all his life in a very small room like a store, may be 6'x12', next to Manoj-da's room. It is only at the very end we could give him a good room, which he accepted after a lot of persuation.

At the end from Ashram-side I was looking after his small needs, such as providing biscuits, bring the money from cashier's room to give him for his servant, etc.. For that the grattitude that he showered was unthinkable. Even now, I have tears remembering simply that grattitude !

He was a great saint, and his spiritual experiences that he has written are of great value, written by a simple heart ! Such was the simplicity and true greatness of this man that even his servant has become a saint !

At the end, for several years he was not keeping well. His relations form Veerampattinam wanted to take him. he agreed that after I die you may make the ceremony at Veerampattinam. So a permission was taken from Dyuman-bhai for that .
Now, he had some urinary problem, and he had probably not passed urine for a couple of days. So I told him on 16th of August, 1992 in the late morning , -

Sri - Gangadharan- ji, let us go to the JIPMER hospital, so that this painful situation of the urine will be at least solved .
Ganga - Brother, my time has come.
Sri - Gangadharan- ji, that time comes for all of us, but why physically suffer now ?

He would not listen. So finally, I called Manoj-da to tell him. As soon as a senior like Manoj-da told him, he readily agreed to go to JIPMER.
At
1.10 p.m. I took him. We were talking while going and talked normally too, in front of the casualty in JIPMER. I returned with the casualty doctor may be not more than 2 mts. The doctor declared :

Doctor - You have brought us a dead body !

So I returned back to Ashram. He was taken to Veerampattinam. For three days there was no deterioration in his body. Finally on the 4th day, he was cremated on the Veerampattinam beach, on the back-drop of the vast ocean and top the infinite blue sky.

What a sublime and indescribable atmosphere there was !

Srikant.

From Arhata Osho : On Positive Thinking

On Positive Thinking

October 10, 2009

There is a 'positive thinking' preacher from Houston, Texas who turns everything into 'must be what the Lord' wants - buy a house beyond your means, spend lots of money and, just be positive and think that it's what God wants!  His name is Joel Osteen, a bible thumping 'jesus fairy land' snake oil salesman evangelist who is part of a lineage of evangelists who stick you with guilt and at the same time 'teflon positive thinking'. In the bursting 'housing bubble' of 2008-10, that positive thinking created millions of 'people problems'!

Problem is, positive thinking while walking on 'thin ice' is always going to get you cold and wet! There is a pervading mentality in
America to shun any 'negative talk' as something to judge and avoid without thinking that the bearer of news not positive, may be realistic.  Positive negativity is rarely considered as a possibility.  Personally, I've always been considered by intelligent people to be very positive but years ago, I discovered through being positive about everything to the exclusion of all negativity, that I began to create a 'false reality' around me that had a 'high price'.  Being 'gung ho' positive around others created an environment of overlooking the negativity that in a sense is sacred, in that negative can be a great teacher and, even lead to better results when staying conscious in the face of it.

It's a wise attitude to look beyond positive or negative and look at all sides in acceptance then, pick one of the best choices with little or no judgment for response. Someone's positive thinking is often a 'trap' to agree with their beliefs and ignore what might be true. That's especially true of politicians and religious 'quakers' (crackers!). Since 'scientists of religion' have collectively agreed, that many characters of all religions are 'made up' going back thousands of years, word is just beginning to seep out that all the 'guilt ridden' dictums from 'God' are twists and spins or, even worse, spins on what are really myths anyway, to manipulate humanity into 'boxes'.

Seeing reality with 'unclouded' assessments for a choice of best possible answers, does not ignore the negative but looks at it as a friend.  Many of my readers don't want to read anything 'negative', ignoring that what I'm pointing out is a negative attitude that masquerades as 'positive' but, false positivity that is a 'bursting bubble' when they have to confront reality and, look at their closed mindedness.  Positivity is being popularly used as a 'cover' to ignore personal and social faults.  A 'cover up' like 9-11 continues to be?? Be inclusive of all and, use intelligence and discernment with an 'open mind' for value.

Da Truth

October 20, 2009

"You can.t handle the truth..! We live in a world that has walls! Walls that protect one from the noise out there providing comfort until, there.s a knock on the door! The .door of the closed-walled off mind.! But ... "those walls are guarded by men with guns"! Famous lines by actor Jack Nicholson in the 1992 movie 'A Few Good Men' also with Tom Cruise.

Very few people can handle input about themselves even if it could be helpful or, mind extending. to be open to unlimited truths about anything that could improve their lives.

People have a myriad of walls or excuses to block information that could well be life enhancing electing to choose instead to send out an impenetrable vibration that is only open for certain self censored communications. Truth can hurt so people isolate themselves from mental programming that may well be completely false so as to avoid the discomforts of admitting to themselves and others that they were full of .hooey.. Most have .road closed or detour. signs invisibly written on them. Sadly, they repel people who are rich in useful information and, perhaps are coming from a great space of love, inspiration, and just plain old positive thinking. To hear the truth one must be open and without agenda.

Hurt often can be a .breakthrough. and, as much as we want to avoid it, barriers only make the flow of life and love very blocked, to only let in .snippets. that can be used or, nothing at all. I know an author who claims certain people shift into .reptile looking creatures.! Now that raises eyebrows and yet, it certainly means some people are cold and sociopathic at least. Moving to what can only be seen by those with an open pinneal gland, certain people allegedly, shape shift on a different dimension into a reptile look for real! Doubt is an important tool in life that opens the mind and heart to what normally people can.t see. Doubt opens the door to truths that are invisible while the .walls. of darkness are clung to.

Truth is, not everyone is open to a lot of truths and, their space for that must be carefully respected if the continuing connection is desired. Some of these people may be friends or certainly relatives who have many other qualities to inspire cultivating. .Skillful means. is always a .to do. when imparting truths particularly, where there are closed walls with no doors or windows of openness. Truth leads to freedom within and an openness to love unconditionally.

From Arhata Osho : Beyond 'God'

From Arhata Osho — Beyond 'God'

August 27, 2009

There is no God as it's perceived by people. It's a lie that is for those who won't take the time to empty false information and utilize all senses to see what is beyond this 'fiction' that is infinitely more exciting! 'Atheist and God thumpers' are both paddling upstream in the 'boat of illusion' with leaking holes.

There is a wonderful story about a guru and his cranky disciple that Deepak Chopra has related many times.  Both are getting on in their years, and they are sitting one afternoon in a cramped, dingy room waiting for someone to bring them their food.
"Why are you any different than me?" the disciple grumbled. "We're just two old men sitting here impatiently waiting for our dinner."
     "That's true," the guru said.
"We see the same room,'' the disciple went on.  "We live in the same world. There is no difference at all."
The guru shook his head.  "You say we live in the same world, but we don't.  You world is private; no one else can enter it.  It is a made of personal memories, desires, feelings, and dreams.  My world is not private but open to all.  It is eternal and unbounded.  Nothing exists in it that I claim as my own.  Whenever I look I see love, trust, truth, eternity."
The disciple still complained, "If your world is so much better than mine, why do you even bother to be here?"
" Because your world is only a dream," the guru said quietly, and it gives me pleasure when someone wakes up."

We seem to find satisfaction in accepting very little that goes beyond the five senses. We believe what we are fed without 'letting go', opening our heart, mind and all the senses to grasp what is there all around but for our stubborn barriers. Seeking protection from the truth and instead accepting illusion handed down in the form of 'holy books' and 'fraudulent god men captivating the souls of mankind turning them into little more than robots.

A jump into the 'unknown' with eyes wide open is needed.  Trust existence and going beyond the 'falseness' of a god is an exciting path to wonders beyond imagination. Don't 'seek to be saved', for why save that which needs disposal to see the divineness of life looking though the window.  Just open the shades!

From Arhata Osho

Neo Jew

August 4, 2009

All religions have embarrassing ‘pockets’ of members that challenge those who communicate with sensitivity and openness. Even saying that will raise the rebuttal of those that are more ‘literal’ interpreters of religions sources of acceptable behavior. People come into any group with usually a mixed background of ‘unresolved issues’ both from childhood and, current that influence their attitudes and, reflections of that particular religion.

In a sense, being active in a ‘religion’ ostensibly is an opportunity to learn how to deal with the many factions and idiosyncrasies that should make one more understanding of themselves and others. Tradition of those, who came before, is a large part of religions, as for the Jews, where strong social and family fabric is deemed so important. Betterment of values and morals is thought to be a requirement that necessitates belonging and, seriously melting and bonding with a religion.

The irony in promoting the desirability of being a certain religion is that no religion is necessary for the individual who, with ‘self love and awareness’, finds a rational, blissful existence on their own with no religion. The ‘Jesus life’, that has now been established as ‘symbolic’ of ‘enlightened ways of living’, was never about a man who was attached to any religion (Buddha also). Even well known contemporary ‘mystics or spiritual Masters’ clearly state that they would not be a follower of groups that tend to worship them. The path of the ‘seeker of truth’ is always a pathless path into the unknown and, alone. The masses are too occupied with other matters to pay strong attention to the challenges of finding their highest self.

Every religion creates ‘representatives’ that seemingly want to do good for everyone by proselytizing their ancient way as the only way to some promised objective after this life, be it a ‘heaven’ or some ‘nirvana’. Fear and guilt are primary methods of keeping the ‘sheeple’ in the flock. The ‘ancient paths’ are riddled with truths and falsities that may or may not apply to life today, not to mention, myths that are believed to be ‘real’. All answers are available to those that find self love and, are always in awareness and compassion for all moments here and now. One just has to be ‘more concerned and vigilant for the answers of the inherent blisses and joys of life that are found within.

Re: Two God Marriage

Two God Marriage
Good and Evil by boffo1234567
July 31, 2009
Few have an understandable idea of what this God is and, many couples have differing viewpoints about what they don't understand! Sometimes one partner follows a religion and the other just 'goes along with it' to keep the peace in the name of 'open mindedness'. Functional marriages are pretty 'boiler plate' anywhere in the world with the female more subservient and/or more disconnected with her heart than she would want and deserve.

Old 'cultural customs and habits' die a very slow death from centuries ago and, are rarely recognized as such by most. Few maintain a deep letting go that allows the merger of 2 people into a oneness of feeling and thought.  Independence became favored in the '60's and '70's while ignoring that one plus one in love equals a new entity called an 'us' that allows free thinking by each, of course but, with compassionate communication always.

Inner feelings and thoughts, for an excellent relationship, must merge into one and not be separate even if respected or tolerated. This doesn't mean that two people can't have separate outer interests like one in golf and the other in tennis or fishing. Closeness in merging dissipates all religions, belief systems, chemical dependencies, selfish habits, etc., as that intimacy reveals the scriptures of the heart and, an awareness automatically when the chemistry is united.  'Functional' is a partial merger often for the sake of children or perceived responsibilities. The mysteries and beauties of coupling don't emanate clearly in any coupling that doesn't have the magical ingredient of deep communication and love.

Two differing philosophies, religions, belief systems, or, even selfish habits, creates a wedge beyond what a true marriage or intimate relationship should be. Marriage is first about love and, a love that endlessly grows with communication and agreements compatible with each other. All religions or spiritual worlds are for show 'only' without demonstrable total merging of two souls. Quality is an immeasurable measurement and, not quantity of time. One 'godliness' flows best. Truth is dangerous but, blissfully unbearable!

Re: Look in Your Eye

[Nobody doubts that he exists, though he may doubt the existence of God. If he finds out the truth about himself and discovers his own source, this is all that is required.] ~Maharshi Raman

Look in Your Eye

July 8, 2009

See who you really are. Who better to start living and loving with them than you?! Those eyes will follow you from cradle to death and, beyond. Keep them open and clear for the road ahead needs clear vision. Keep the eyes open to see 'past the judgments of others and, never forget yourself. Look deep, forgive when needed to clear the eyes to better see all that comes by on the road of life. See, nurture and, keep the eyes as windows of your soul. Always focus the eyes on the gifts that nature presents in its iridescent displays. Use the breath as the gift that keeps you alive as the means to keep the eyes free of all substitutes for the highs that the deep breath instead, so provides. It is the breath that gives the eyes the sensitivity and smiles that hug the eyes and the trust that they exude. The eyes that see, create the memories that the mind can choose to nurture or remember with the wisdom and compassion of the heart. Let the mind translate what the eye sees in ways most favorable to the health of the body, mind, heart, and soul. Use the invisible third eye at the furrow between the eyes to see what can't be seen with open eyes. Call it intuition, extra sensory perception, psychic vision or, just a godly divine ability to discern what the visible eye may not see. The eyes will open 'all ones eyes' within the body to enable a deeper sensitivity to the many stimuli.

Let the heart open fully to fill the eyes with love and compassion. Let go of what blocks the vision of each of the eyes to better see the wonders of life. The eyes of the heart feel each of the emotions to receive and give the many facets on love's gifts. Be it sadness, anger, joy, or bliss, always be the watcher with the eye from within. Each of us is at full control with the 'unseen eye' of all life's gifts to view the miracles of life that surround us each on of us to see!

Righteous Enlitened

July 3, 2009

The ego is 'rockin' and rollin' with the one's who call themselves 'enlightened', with rare exception. Have met many who proclaimed enlightenment yet, rarely are they not 'self deceived' usually because they have a demonstrable intellect sometimes manifesting as some semblance of 'total recall' (which computers do today), not realizing it has NOTHING to do with enlightenment but, fuels the illusion of such. Around me, they step lightly, fearing I might blow their 'cover' but, I don't like losing friends so I usually keep it to myself unless, they are 'fly though friends'.

Exposing one's delusion of illusion might win over the moment of truth but, truth shatters egos and creates a 'defensiveness' that elicits an 'emotional violence' masked usually by some form of denial.. In some cases I've known, the enlightened one has managed to build a 'wall around themselves' as a shield from what they can't bear to hear. Perhaps they have a tape playing in their head to keep them righteously convinced of the illusion? Truth is not always received well.

Having somewhat studied many of those in the limelight who are viewed as the 'pinnacles of evolution of consciousness, I rather doubt that any of them were 'this enlightened' but certainly enlightening and, exhibiting hopefulness for the evolvement of others. Some of the 'so called enlightened', like Jesus, have been established as mythical. It seems to be that it is epidemic for people to want to spread 'fairy dust' around either themselves or those whom they worship. Becoming identified with either creates a barrier to the unveiling of real truths.

Life is full of mysteries and laughs when one steps back to see. It's so important that we are able to laugh at what we see within and detach from too much seriousness on the outside. Being free to be alone in bliss whether by oneself or with the added bliss of being with another, is godliness. Friendliness is indeed very much friends with godliness or the divine like enjoyment of life.
