Re: Look in Your Eye

Look in Your Eye

July 8, 2009

See who you really are. Who better to start living and loving with them than you?! Those eyes will follow you from cradle to death and, beyond. Keep them open and clear for the road ahead needs clear vision. Keep the eyes open to see 'past the judgments of others and, never forget yourself. Look deep, forgive when needed to clear the eyes to better see all that comes by on the road of life. See, nurture and, keep the eyes as windows of your soul. Always focus the eyes on the gifts that nature presents in its iridescent displays. Use the breath as the gift that keeps you alive as the means to keep the eyes free of all substitutes for the highs that the deep breath instead, so provides. It is the breath that gives the eyes the sensitivity and smiles that hug the eyes and the trust that they exude. The eyes that see, create the memories that the mind can choose to nurture or remember with the wisdom and compassion of the heart. Let the mind translate what the eye sees in ways most favorable to the health of the body, mind, heart, and soul. Use the invisible third eye at the furrow between the eyes to see what can't be seen with open eyes. Call it intuition, extra sensory perception, psychic vision or, just a godly divine ability to discern what the visible eye may not see. The eyes will open 'all ones eyes' within the body to enable a deeper sensitivity to the many stimuli.

Let the heart open fully to fill the eyes with love and compassion. Let go of what blocks the vision of each of the eyes to better see the wonders of life. The eyes of the heart feel each of the emotions to receive and give the many facets on love's gifts. Be it sadness, anger, joy, or bliss, always be the watcher with the eye from within. Each of us is at full control with the 'unseen eye' of all life's gifts to view the miracles of life that surround us each on of us to see!

Righteous Enlitened

July 3, 2009

The ego is 'rockin' and rollin' with the one's who call themselves 'enlightened', with rare exception. Have met many who proclaimed enlightenment yet, rarely are they not 'self deceived' usually because they have a demonstrable intellect sometimes manifesting as some semblance of 'total recall' (which computers do today), not realizing it has NOTHING to do with enlightenment but, fuels the illusion of such. Around me, they step lightly, fearing I might blow their 'cover' but, I don't like losing friends so I usually keep it to myself unless, they are 'fly though friends'.

Exposing one's delusion of illusion might win over the moment of truth but, truth shatters egos and creates a 'defensiveness' that elicits an 'emotional violence' masked usually by some form of denial.. In some cases I've known, the enlightened one has managed to build a 'wall around themselves' as a shield from what they can't bear to hear. Perhaps they have a tape playing in their head to keep them righteously convinced of the illusion? Truth is not always received well.

Having somewhat studied many of those in the limelight who are viewed as the 'pinnacles of evolution of consciousness, I rather doubt that any of them were 'this enlightened' but certainly enlightening and, exhibiting hopefulness for the evolvement of others. Some of the 'so called enlightened', like Jesus, have been established as mythical. It seems to be that it is epidemic for people to want to spread 'fairy dust' around either themselves or those whom they worship. Becoming identified with either creates a barrier to the unveiling of real truths.

Life is full of mysteries and laughs when one steps back to see. It's so important that we are able to laugh at what we see within and detach from too much seriousness on the outside. Being free to be alone in bliss whether by oneself or with the added bliss of being with another, is godliness. Friendliness is indeed very much friends with godliness or the divine like enjoyment of life.

Totally in the Moment

If you are totally in the moment - only then can you be aware. So forget the whole world while you are eating. Eating, just eat; walking, just walk; listening, just listen; talking, just talk and remain totally in it, alert, aware of each gesture, each nuance.
And slowly you will get the knack of it, the hang of it ......

The process can be reduced into a simple formula: whatsoever you do, do it but remain alert.

Act Consciously

Begin to be aware of anything
which ordinarily happens unconsciously,
for example - anger, jealousy, pride -
and your consciousness will be deepened.

Act consciously,
even in day-to-day acts be conscious,
for example - walking, eating, talking -
and your consciousness will be expanded.

Be alert when thinking.
No thought should be allowed to pass unwitnessed.

And then, in the end, there is explosion
in which you become totally conscious
with no unconsciousness behind.

Be in the Present

Learn to be in the present.

Withdraw your energy from the past. Don't waste your time in memories. What is gone is gone. Say goodbye to it and close the chapter.

What has not come yet has not come yet. Don't unnecessarily waste your time and energy in imagination, because no imagination is ever fulfilled. It is because of this that the proverb exists in every language: "Man proposes, and God disposes" because you imagine a certain thing in the future, and it is never so.

Withdrawing yourself from past and future, you will become a tremendously intense energy, focused in the present, concentrated in the present like an arrow.

Each moment being aware, alert, watchful, in the herenow, is the way not to miss the train. Every experience needs your presence here, this moment.

And this is a simple secret, but it opens the doors of existence, of all the mysteries, of all that is worth knowing, worth tasting, worth feeling, worth being.

Light and Darkness

Light and darkness cannot exist together; they cannot have a co-existence. Why can light and darkness not exist together? Because darkness has no substance in it; darkness has no existence in it. It is nothing but the absence of light, so how can absence and presence exist together? If light is there then absence cannot exist. If absence exists, light cannot be present there.

Awareness is a single solution to all problems.

You Belong to Eternity
You exist in time, but you belong to eternity. You are a penetration of eternity into the world of time. You are deathless, living in a body of death. Your consciousness knows no death, no birth. It is only your body that is born and dies. But you are not aware of your consciousness; you are not conscious of your consciousness.
And that is the whole art of meditation: becoming conscious of consciousness itself.

Be Aware: Here and Now

I am not here to give you a dogma. A dogma makes one certain. I am not here to give you any promise for the future - any promise for the future makes one secure.

I know you come here seeking some certainty, some creed, some 'ism', somewhere to belong to, someone to rely upon. You come here out of your fear. You are searching a sort of beautiful imprisonment - so that you can live without any awareness.

I am here simply to make you alert and aware. That is to be herenow - with all the insecurity that life is, with all the uncertainty that life is, with all the danger that life is.

Wake Up!

Zen is not a teaching, because it knows you are asleep. The primary thing is not to teach you. The primary thing is to wake you up. Zen is an alarm.

A real Master is an awakener. His function is totally different from a teacher. His function is far more difficult. And only very few people can stay with a Master because to wake up after millions of lives is not an ordinary feat. It is a miracle.
